1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between the Individual Entrepreneur (the "IE", "Administration", "we"), registered under the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, and users of the Algaball platform located at algaball.com (the "Platform").

1.2. The Platform provides a service for organizing and finding amateur football games in the city of Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.

1.3. By using the Platform, the User unconditionally agrees to these Terms. If the User disagrees with any provision, they must not use the Platform.

1.4. The Administration reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

2. Definitions

3. Registration and Account

3.1. Registration is required to use the Platform's core features. Registration is available to persons aged 16 and older.

3.2. During registration, the User provides accurate information: name, email address, and (optionally) phone number. The User is responsible for keeping this information up to date.

3.3. The User is responsible for the security of their account credentials. All actions performed through the User's account are deemed to be performed by the User personally.

3.4. The Administration may suspend or delete a User's account for violation of these Terms, unsportsmanlike behavior, or other grounds specified herein.

4. Description of Service

4.1. The Platform provides services for organizing and finding amateur football games, connecting Players with Games and Venues. The Platform facilitates game organization but individual Games are conducted by Managers and at Venues independently.

5. Rules of Use

5.1. The User agrees to:

5.2. The Administration enforces a disciplinary system for violations including no-shows and unsportsmanlike behavior. Sanctions include discipline points and temporary account suspension.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1. Payments for Games and Venue Bookings are processed through the Finik payment system (QuickPay System LLC), acting as a payment intermediary. The Platform does not store or process Users' bank card data.

6.2. The currency of all transactions is the Kyrgyz Som (KGS). Game prices are set at game creation and displayed on the Game page.

6.3. Payments are processed via the Finik payment system. A 2% payment processing fee (charged by Finik) applies to all transactions. Algaball does not currently charge a platform commission.

Refund Rules:
Platform-initiated cancellation (game unfilled at T-30 minutes): Full refund with no fee deduction. Algaball absorbs the payment processing fee.

6.4. Full refund (minus a 2% payment system fee) is provided when:

When leaving a Game with 4 hours or less remaining, the Platform displays a no-refund warning. By confirming the departure, the User acknowledges and accepts the loss of the paid amount.

If a Game is cancelled by the Administration due to insufficient players, all participants receive a full refund with no fee deduction.

6.6. For Venue Bookings, similar refund rules apply: a refund is available more than 4 hours before the booked time, minus the 2% payment processing fee.

6.7. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes up to 5 business days via Finik. In all cases, Algaball initiates the refund within 3 business days of the cancellation trigger.

7. Rating System

7.1. The Platform operates a player evaluation system:

7.2. Skill ratings are assigned by Managers after Games. Manner ratings are given by fellow Players.

7.3. Low manner ratings may result in disciplinary action, up to account suspension.

8. Roles and Obligations

8.1. Player — the base role. May join Games, book Venues, leave reviews and ratings.

8.2. Manager — a role granted upon application and approval by the Administration. The Manager manages Games, confirms rosters, and assigns skill ratings. The Manager acts on behalf of the Platform and is obligated to ensure the conduct of Games they have taken on.

8.3. Venue Manager — a role for owners or operators of football venues. Manages schedules, bookings, and Venue information.

8.4. The Administration reserves the right to change a User's role, revoke Manager or Venue Manager status in cases of rule violations or failure to perform duties adequately.

9. Liability

9.1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

9.2. The Administration is not liable for:

9.3. Users participate in Games at their own risk and are personally responsible for their health and fitness for physical activity.

9.4. the IE's aggregate liability to any User, on any grounds, is limited to the amount actually paid by the User in the preceding 3 (three) months of using the Platform.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. All Platform elements, including design, logos, texts, code, and databases, are the intellectual property of the IE and are protected by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.

10.2. The User grants the Platform a non-exclusive license to use content posted by the User (reviews, avatars) for the purpose of operating the Platform.

11. Personal Data

11.1. Personal data processing is governed by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Personal Data" No. 58 dated April 14, 2008, and the Platform's Privacy Policy.

12. Amendment and Termination

12.1. The Administration reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the Platform. Users will be notified of material changes through the Platform.

12.2. The User may cease using the Platform and delete their account at any time through profile settings.

12.3. Termination of the Terms does not release the User from obligations that arose during the period of their validity.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations. The mandatory pre-trial complaint period is 15 business days.

13.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved out of court, it shall be referred to the courts of Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.

13.3. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
