Account deletion
Signed-in users can delete their account in Algaball from Profile settings > Privacy > Delete account.
Deletion requests deactivate the account immediately and schedule permanent deletion 30 days later. Sign in before the deadline to reactivate the account. Operational records may remain attached until obligations, accounting, refunds, disputes, or safety checks are complete.
What is deleted or anonymized
- name and public profile identity;
- email address and phone number;
- date of birth and gender;
- profile photo, MBank phone number, and MBank QR image;
- emergency contact, Telegram link, notification preferences, and personalization preferences.
What may be retained
Algaball may retain game, booking, payment, refund, venue, moderation, security, dispute, and accounting records where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, service integrity, or resolving obligations with users and venue partners. Once permanent deletion completes, these records no longer show the deleted user's personal profile identity.
If you cannot access your account
Email [email protected] from the address connected to your account. Include "Account deletion request" in the subject. We respond within 15 business days.
